We accept returns and replacements under specific conditions:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with tags, accessories, and the invoice.
Products showing signs of use or physical damage after delivery are not eligible.
Only one replacement request is allowed per order.
Some items are not eligible for return, including:

Items not returned in their original packaging and condition.
If eligible, refunds will be processed as follows:
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, UPI, etc.).
Refund will be processed and credited within 5-7 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by Jwelley, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For other reasons (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
